Redeeming Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates

Booking Accommodation with Vouchers or Pre paid Certificates

To redeem your Gift Voucher or Gift Certificate:

• You must contact Crystal Creek Meadows by telephone (02) 4465 1406
• Bookings are essential and are subject to availability
• There is a minimum stay of two nights for weekends and three nights for long weekends.
• When confirming your booking dates you may pay for any additional nights over and above the Gift Voucher or Gift Certificate duration.
• Once dates have been booked they cannot be deferred.
• Gift Vouchers can be used towards paying for day spa treatments
• Vouchers and Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months.
• NOTE that NO extension will be given beyond the 6 month period.
• Vouchers/Gift Certificates are not transferable and cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, and are non-refundable.
• Bookings must comply with the terms and conditions of guests staying at Crystal Creek Meadows
