How do I view your products?
- You can browse by category from either the Gift Shop link or the menu that appear on the right of product pages.
- You can view all products and sort them into categories for easy access.
How do I add, remove and adjust items in my Shopping Cart?
- Click on the "Add To Cart" buttons from the product pages to add an item
- Links to your shopping cart will appear in the top right hand corner of the website pages
- Click "Continue Shopping" to add more products
- Remove items by ticking the checkboxes in the shopping cart and then click "Update Cart" button
- Adjust the quantity you want to order and then click "Update Cart" button
- Click checkout when you are ready to place your order
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we would like everyone to enjoy our products regardless of order size.
Do I need to set up a website account before I order something?
No, if you are a new user, a website account will be set up automatically for you when you place your first order.
Do I need to login if I want to place another order later?
Yes, you should log in when you return. This will enable the website to recognise you making it quicker and easier to order again.
Will I be notified when I place an order?
- Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
- You will receive another email with login details for the website so you can track your orders and re-order products.
- If you are paying by credit card you will receive notification of your payment directly from our payment gateway - eway.
Do you send products Internationally?
No, Crystal Creek Meadows believes in reducing our carbon footprint and only ships physical products within Australia. You can shop for gifts for delivery to your loved ones with Australian addresses and you can purchase gift vouchers and holiday gift certificates which can be posted to you or your gift recipient anywhere in the world for free!
How do I send a gift?
If you would like your gift to be sent directly to the recipient place their details in the "Deliver information" and your details in the "Billing information" fields of the order form.
