Crystal Creek Meadows has a flock of hens (and roosters) who love to wander our gardens during the day. They put themselves to bed in the evenings and in the morning we all wake to a freshly laid eggs. The chooks eat the guest's food scraps and have helped us reduce our landfill waste by 50%. They also are given a special organic meal which means they supply large beautiful eggs with golden yokes.
