Crystal Creek Meadows has devoted much of their Kangaroo Valley property to conservation through rehabilitation and leaving areas for Australian wildlife.
The original farm old dam has been left to become a bird sanctuary and many generations of Swamp Hens have called it home. Guests can enjoy birding in the gardens where over 50 different bird species have been seen.
