What is the cost for delivery?
Aromatherapy products are priced in Australian dollars (include GST), postage is charged separately at $15.00 AUD per order
Gift Vouchers and Accommodation Packages and Aromatherapy Holiday Gift Certificates are priced in Australian dollars (include GST), postage is included in the price.
Can I request urgent delivery?
Same day dispatch – Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates can be emailed to provide an express option. An original with a Welcome Folder will be posted as well.
Will my Surprize Gift contain an invoice?
By completing the “billing address” details in this online Gift Shop your invoice will be sent to the separate address indicated and not with the Surprise Gift.
How long will Australian Deliveries take?
3-5 business days Registered Post
Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.
This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
How long will International Deliveries take?
7-14 business days ‘Registered Post’No charge for gift certificates or vouchers. Please note we do not deliver aromatherapy products outside Australia in an effort to keep our carbon emissions low. This service will require your signature when the package is delivered.If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
For Aromatherapy Products:
Shipment problems are few and far between however should something go wrong your shipment is covered and Credit Claims are accepted if goods were missing, incorrectly supplied, damaged by a carrier or faulty. You do need to lodge all problems with Crystal Creek Meadows within THREE days after receipt of goods.For missing items (shortages) please specify which products were missing.
In general the Australia Post Terms & Conditions for registered packages state that for 'loss' the sender needs to instigate the claim and for 'damages' the receiver. A Customer Service Complaints form (SAP8834928) is available at any office of Australia Post.
For Gift Vouchers or Gift Certificates:
If you have not received your package or it has arrived damaged please inform Crystal Creek Meadow within THREE days after recipt of goods and we shall be happy to send new Gift Vouchers or Gift Certificates
What happens when I haven’t received my package?
For missing Aromathrapy Product shipments, assuming sufficient time has elapsed to allow the article to reach its destination, you should contact Crystal Creek Meadows. We, as the sender, will arrange compensation through the Australia Post Insurance on your behalf.
What happens if the package and products arrive damaged?
- For Aromatherapy Product Damages, visible damage to external packaging must be noted on the carrier’s consignment docket at time of delivery.
- For damaged goods you should direct enquiries and complaints to your nearest post office. You will need to produce the articles including all original wrapping and packaging for verification.
Please also inform us so that we can supply you with the lodgement receipt required by Australia Post. ReplacementIf the items arrive damaged or is lost, we shall be happy to resend the item promptly.
